My first introduction to meditation was from a strategy YouTube channel called Spirit Science. It was a series dedicated to combining the topics of spirituality and science. As a lover of science, I found this channel to be a thought expanding experience. At the time, I was very much into fitness and I wanted to do anything that would give me an edge.
